What is LoI?
LoI means Letter of Intent. It is a basic note/instrument/document that has details that are equally known by the parties to a matter, and does not bind the parties legally. Typically, a LoI is signed by the parties at an early really stage of the relationship, and a new cooperative relationship is to be established. LoI is signed between the University or Faculty/Center/Department and external agencies for a general purpose. It does not require KPU/Senate/LPU approval.
